Hi, I'm Izetta. I recently graduated from Texas A&M University-Commerce with a visual communication degree focused on art direction. Since I've graduated I had the opportunity to travel around Europe, seeing different cultures and really concentrate on how design differs in every country. One major goal I would like to complete in my lifetime is to develop a mentorship program for my alma mater. College is one of the most difficult times in someone's life, adding in an intense design program that can be highly competitive makes it even more stressful. Having a program that encourages communication from past graduates and future graduates would greatly decrease stress and increase creativity and productiveness.
The most important part of a design is the concept. Without a concept, there is no design.
